The founders

Two founders. One focus: Indian business.

AI OS was founded in Kolkata by Ajay and Anjali Laddha. Between them: three decades of building businesses, and native fluency in the technology now changing how they run.

Ajay Laddha

Ajay has spent more than thirty years building and scaling businesses — including nineteen years as Director of AM Mobile, which he grew into India's largest Nokia retail chain.

At AI OS he helps owners install AI as their business operating system: not a chatbot or a demo, but a working system behind sales, finance and operations. He speaks to owners as someone who has run P&Ls, teams and shop floors himself.
