Leakage
Money the business is already earning but not keeping. Pricing drift, rework, unbilled work, leaked discounts, stock that quietly ages.

The people behind the numbers
Every face here runs a business we have trained.
What we look for
Most businesses do not have an AI problem. They have a money problem that AI happens to be very good at solving. These are the three places we look first.
01 · Lens
Money the business is already earning but not keeping. Pricing drift, rework, unbilled work, leaked discounts, stock that quietly ages.
02 · Lens
Risk sitting in one customer, one supplier, one machine, or one person who holds the process in their head.
03 · Lens
Work the business could be winning and is not — enquiries that go cold, capacity left idle, decisions taken too late to matter.
Where every engagement starts
We do not begin with tools. We begin with your registers, your floor, your margins and your year. Then we build AI into how the business actually runs.
What we do
A short free call to check fit, then two paid stages. Each ends in writing, and each ends with you deciding whether the next one is worth it.
Think of it as an audit of your business. We sit with your numbers, walk the floor, and talk to the people who actually do the work — then map where money leaks, where risk concentrates, and where opportunity is being missed.
We build the chosen moves into how the business runs — the workflows, the tools, the handovers — and train your team to run them. We manage the build at first, then hand it over. Long term, you own it.
Start where you are. From AI awareness — spotting where AI can help and the repetitive work it can take off your plate — through to advanced, multi-step workflows and agents. No jargon, no code, and no technical background needed.
Before either stage: a free 30-minute call to check fit. If AI is not the answer, we will say so.

Discovery takes 4 to 6 weeks. Think of it as an audit of your business. You walk away with a written report covering every way AI can be put to work in your business, and a transformation plan built on it. The first call is free.
Not at all. No jargon, no code. The same goes for our training sessions: you don’t need any technical background.
Yes. Some problems are operational, and a few things need to be in place before AI can help. We flag all of that during Discovery. It’s also how we decide together whether now is the right time for your transformation.
Our sweet spot is businesses at ₹5 to 25 crore turnover and above. We sometimes work with ₹1 to 5 crore businesses, depending on how ready they are to invest in change.
Start a conversation
Thirty minutes, no charge. Tell us what the business does and where you think it is losing money. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so on the call.
